Prayers and Support

My words are very few. My heart is breaking and my throat feels raw from swallowing tears.

I spent a day with Trisha in November. As we were Christmas shopping, I kept seeing her pull cash from an envelope. She explained it was her budget envelopes and she showed the whole concept to me. I was very inspired and began my own at the beginning of the year.

I have made an envelope in my folder labeled "Ben and Trisha." We will be taking it to Ohio, Lord willing, when we make the trip and will give it to them. Please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers, and I encourage you to make your own envelope and give sacrificially.

Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God. For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ. And whether they be afflicted, it is for our consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which they also suffer: or whether they be comforted, it is for our consolation and salvation. And our hope (For the Reese Family) is stedfast, knowing that as they are partakers of the sufferings, so shall they be also of the consolation.
2 Corinthians 1:3-7

My heart hurts so much for them. I pray that they feel God's love through their Brothers and Sisters in Christ and that they can find joy in the promise that their family will be whole again in Heaven. Praise God that He gave us that promise to cling to in times of grief.

It hurts. Tears flow. God is using this to bring us all closer to Him and to come together in love and prayer for this family.

Reaching out to this little family in the only way we know how; being far in miles but feeling close with prayers; continue to lift them in prayer,This shows us how quick God can change our life but He continues with us wherever He sends us, Love to you, Mama Lucille

So happy to (sort of) meet you. It's encouraging to know that there are SO many praying. I've been walking around in a daze, all day...

(ps- We're envelopers, too. :))
